What a great find Admirals Place was, in the heart of Wellswood, with all the local shops within walking distance. The Kents Pub is 2mins down the road and great for food. The children enjoyed Kents Cavern which is down the road and Meadfoot Beach and a park. The open plan kitchen/diner was ideal for our extra family that visited. We definitely will be booking again! We were 2 families (with children), visiting for a new year break. The house is easy to find & check in instructions were good, but we did spend a few minutes trying the key safe at the gate, only to find the correct one was downstairs by the front door! The house is lovely, much bigger than it seems in the photos. Everything was immaculate & the host kindly left us a Christmas box with a few essentials & a bottle of fizz!! We had no issues during our stay so no need to make contact. Towels and all the necessary cleaning products were provided. Location is good, took us 20 minutes to walk down to the harbour area where there are lots of restaurants & a shopping area. The walk home is uphill but needed after the Christmas excess!! Would definitely recommend a visit to Admirals place & we're hopeful to visit again 😊
